Write Small But Useful Programs Every Day

I recommend writing small but useful programs every day. Never mind that someone has written the same or better once. They are not you. You must feel the utility of your own programs to gain a sense of balance between that and complexity.

    By “once” I think Ward means in the past. I read it as “Never mind that at some point in the past someone has written a program as good as you or better” but your reading also works. Thanks for your input.
