I signed up with Bulldog recently, lured in by the promise of 8Meg speeds. What I got instead was 2Meg service, and that was only when I could stay connected. More often than not I would get kicked offline after mere seconds, and had to click on Disconnect and then try again to get back online. Their customer service has been almost a complete shambles, with the only decent person I talked to actually encouraging me to try and get as many free months out of them as I could get. Bulldog is a company that is the epitome of their left hand not knowing what their right hand is doing. I was sold a product on a faulty premise, either by incompetent staff that were flat out lying through their teeth. Given how piss poor the company is run, I’d wager it to be down to inadequately trained staff.
